Herd
Dispersal Sale! Farm For Sale!
If there is a
constant in life, it is that there is
always change. The time has come for Jo
and I to move on to another stage in our
lives. This next chapter will not
include the farm nor the alpacas
unfortunately - the alpaca is a
cold-weather animal, and we just would
not subject them to the extremes of
temperature seen in the sub-tropical
climes where we are headed.
This means a good
deal for you! We built this herd over
the past 10 years through financial
investment and the best breeding
decisions we could make, and are proud
of the quality of animals that make up
our herd. Many have earned a judge's
accolades at regional and national shows
over the years, so it is not just us
bragging on their attributes. We
currently have 16 animals, 8 boys, 7
girls and a gelding, ranging in age from
3 months to 14 years, and ranging from
companion animal to multiple blue-
ribboned breeding stock.

Alpacas: $25,000
That price is less
than we spent on just one of our
foundation females!!!! This includes
Sunrunner, our Legacy Gold stud! We want
to move them together now, but if you
want to pick and choose, individual
pricing will be more in line with our
published sales list. You will not find
a better deal anywhere.
We are also selling
the farm, literally! 15.2 acres, with
1800 feet of water frontage on the north
branch of the Piscataquog River in Weare,
NH; 20 miles west of Manchester and
Concord, NH; 3.2 acres fenced pastures,
a 34' x 40' barn with a 10' x 40' porch,
10' x 12' insulated office that we have
been using as a farm store; and 12' x
16' shed on the back pasture to separate
the boys and girls. Contact Jennifer
Hardwick at NH Farms and Barns -http://www.farmsandbarns.com/index.html
- for details or a showing if
interested.

Farm: $325,000
And, if you are
interested in a working alpaca breeding
operation combined with the real estate,
we will throw in the 1983 Kubota 355SS
tractor with 5' loader, backhoe, bush
hog, post hole digger and Sitrex 300
spreader to clinch the deal.
Alpacas +
Farm + Tractor: $350,000

Probably Pretty Obvious, But .

We Speak Alpaca!
Destiny's Farm is an amalgam of those
things we find joy in - we have chosen
to include livestock in the form of the
gentle alpaca.
